• Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd. will first strive to provide replacement under special/specific conditions In case if replacement is not possible and we may decide to provide full or partial refund for such orders.
• The decision of Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd. will be final and binding on the customers.
• The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase in such special/specific case iv. Subject to decision of Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd.
• Please note that it may take 7 business days for a refund to show up on your account or original mode of payment.
• Product Return or Replacement
Please note that due to nature and of our products that we sell, we do not provide any kind of returns or refunds on purchases of our products.
• Items ordered by mistake or wrong goods ordered
Please note that due to nature and of our products that we sell, you may not be eligible for any kind of refund or return in case you placed order for wrong items that you did not originally intend to order but such an order was placed by mistake and payment for the same was received by us from you. We request our customers to kindly check your ordered items, cart, order total, etc. thoroughly on our checkout page before placing an order with us on our website and then only make the payment.
• Ordered goods are damaged, contaminated, expired or missing
Product received was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery. Have one or more parts/contents of packaging/accessories missing from the order. Does not match with what was originally ordered by you and wrong items were delivered to you.
• Our team of professionals will evaluate this special/specific condition and may make arrangement in guidance of fair purchase and product policies. In case, our team requests you to send the product back to us and after we receive the product, our team shall inspect it and process your replacement, if valid and applicable under these special/specific conditions. Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves its right to deny service/replacement in such a case if evaluation done by our team disapproves any claims made by the customer. Final decision in such special/specific cases shall be taken by Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd. and it shall be the responsibility of the customer to abide and follow the said decision taken Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd. at such a point of time.
• Time Period: If our products have arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from your date of delivery.
• If the product is damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, and/or you have initiated the return after 2 days (48 hours) have passed, you will not be eligible for any kind of return/refund.
Goods bought on Sale
• Items on sale (with discounted pricing) will not be eligible for return/refund in any case.
